remodeled the "marker" feature
- old markers should convert automatically to the new system
- You can now choose classes, powertypes, specs and talents as loading conditions for every single marker
- You can give the marker a name for faster identification
- You can create multiple markers at the same position with different loading conditions

updated the ComboPoints tracking for different classes. Deactivated trackings for: hunter, warrior, shaman, priest and mage. Activated Soul shard tracking for all warlock specs.
