Fixed error in tooltip additions when a player was buffing with a lower rank of a group spell (Greater Blessings for example) than their level allows.
Properly expires old saved talent data you no longer care about.

Fixed error mousing over Bloodlust icon when at least one player was alive without Sated debuff and all shamans were on cooldown.
Also now correctly uses Exhaustion debuff for those alliance types.

Cooldown and Countdown options for the buff icons. All defaulting to off. Note: You might need to upsize and downscale your icons for the text size to look right.
Optional hints on main display icon's tooltips showing the click options.
New Shift-Right Click option to cancel auras of the selected type. This is a prelude to the aura filtering module which is experimental at the moment, so some way was needed to be able to clear buffs if desired.
Fixed incorrect role buffs shown for a target if you had 'All Players' enabled and had no target previously.

Improved Devotion Aura applies to all auras, was only showing for Devotion before.
Few tweaks to details, if minLevel is appropriate to unit, and fixed minLevel for Imp. Icy Talons.

All talent querying functionality moved over to the new LibGroupTalents-1.0 library. Much simpler to maintain for the future with all of that query logic firmly in it's proper place. Testing would be appreciated.

Probably fixes issue with DK not showing Improved Icy Talons as active (they don't get the buff, but have Icy Talons instead).
