Fixed error mousing over Bloodlust icon when at least one player was alive without Sated debuff and all shamans were on cooldown.
Also now correctly uses Exhaustion debuff for those alliance types.

Cooldown and Countdown options for the buff icons. All defaulting to off. Note: You might need to upsize and downscale your icons for the text size to look right.
Optional hints on main display icon's tooltips showing the click options.
New Shift-Right Click option to cancel auras of the selected type. This is a prelude to the aura filtering module which is experimental at the moment, so some way was needed to be able to clear buffs if desired.
Fixed incorrect role buffs shown for a target if you had 'All Players' enabled and had no target previously.

Utopia: Store new RaidDifficulty settings properly, for correct list recall. Should work it out retroactively based on player count (will remove that code in a month).
