Pressing the key bound to turninator will now also:
1) open salvage crates and bags when targeting salvage yard vendor
2) confirm purchases when targeting a trading post vendor
3) submit a work order

Also fixed some bugs related to pop pop up quest acceptance and completion and corrected rep turnins to Nat Pagle and the two Steamwheedle reps in Nagrand.
