What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Spec a level >=45 feral druid with 35 feral talent points and Leader of the Pack
2. Enter Dire Bear Form and take note of # of TPs
3. Take Protector of the Pack talent, reload UI, etc.
4. Enter Dire Bear Form again and observe that TPs did not change

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect TPs to increase, because Protector of the Pack reads: "... and reduces the damage you take by 4/8/12%, while in Bear or Dire Bear Form"
(note that PotP no longer depends on party size, this was changed in WoW version 3.0.8)

I confirm that this is a bug in LibStatLogic-1.1.lua, which still has the pre-3.0.8 logic where Protector of the Pack depends on party size.  This needs to be updated.
