With the Calculator visible, it thinks my Block % is what it appears I would have if I hit Holy Shield. However, if I do in fact hit Holy Shield, the Calculator starts displaying my base Block % instead, without accounting for the Holy Shield. As soon as the Holy Shield buff wears off, it goes back to figuring the effect of Holy Shield into the calculation.

Holy Shield is gone; so this ticket is out outdated.
