- Finish up self.cleanseTypes to account for class/level/spec and update properly.
- ShowDispelable ("curable by me") and OnlySelf ("highlight dispelable by me") options now work correctly.
- Tweak some controls in options so the option text is not truncated (mainly dropdowns that have no tooltips)
