.SpecialEvents-Aura-2.0:
* all (de)buff gain, loss, refresh and count-changed events now have the (de)buffIndex as a unique identifier in their argument list. This way, multiple stacking buffs (HoTs, Rogue poison) can be distinguished
* added "SpecialEvents_PlayerItemBuffRefreshed" Event for when the weapon buff is reapplied
* "SpecialEvents_PlayerItemBuffGained" now has a "timeLeft" argument
