separate event hook sources under /ss create #94

    3.3.0.01 (or the version before it) added a display to "/ss create" to show the number of known event hooks.

    I'd like to break this down into
    # built-in event hooks
    # event hooks discovered through my actions
    # event hooks shared with me over the network
    ---
    # total known event hooks

    with separate buttons to delete the event hooks in the two categories (A) that I discovered and (B) the ones I collected over the network.

    This would require separating the NewEventsDetected data into multiple tables
