Regarding "ilvl on Shadowghast white base items" - seems there is a check for item quality set to "green or better" - I changed it to "white or better" and it works now.

the stuttering issue where you dont get tooltip on some items seems to be a conflict with the "details!" addon.. can this be fixed?

This addon causes the character inspect pane to glitch out marvelously. Item tooltips also don't show in it

Really nice addon, it's not bloated with useless features.
However, is there any way you could add the average item level of a player in the inspect window? I feel like it would be a nice addition to the addon.

Also, for your information, it does not show the arrow nor the item level in Bagnon. I don't really care about it, I'm just letting you know.

You need to adjust the position of the digits for this mod. For example, I use "Can i mog it" - it adds to the top right corner an icon about whether I know the shape of an object or not - it overlaps the number of the level of the object. Of course, I corrected the value of "TOPRIGHT" on the "BOTTOM" in the file .lua. But it would be convenient to have such an opportunity in the game itself.

You're right. This is more of an expected feature. 
I apologize if my message sounded like: "fix this obvious defect", I do not speak the language very well, and by nature I can sometimes be somewhat ... toxic.
In general, I like it when the modifications provide more tools for detailed customization for yourself, although some decisions of the authors are quite justified.
Nevertheless, a new update has come - I will go пreadjust the position of the numbers for myself with the usual movement of my hands.

Hearth of Azerite now showing ilvl, I was looking for replacement simmilar to this addon, as old one showed incorrect item level, only downside of your addon is no number visible on hearth of azeroth.

any chance of adding them to the litebag and/or bagnon addon bags?
