- In classic Blizzard's equipmentmanager calls SetItemBorderQuality wrong
It's out of sync with retail in a way that means it tries to set the
border color to a tooltip, and it just doesn't error because all the
bits of SetItemBorderQuality that use the quality are commented out.
We can dodge this by just making sure quality is in the colors table.
