Fix up locales, add Daily Instance tracking in

OrionShock:
    - locale bump
    - fix repo replacements to use git instead of svn methods
    - don't put headers into quest log cache
    - update addon locales to point to defualt ns for L instead of Base_All
    - update module.xml to point at new file
    - Rearange alt module locale to one file
    - touch for new file & locale methods
    - fix Daily Heroic Tracking feature.
    - fix typo
    - DailyResetTimes are not acurate on instance server, so register for ZCNA after LFG event to grab reset times
    - Add in testing for tracking the heroic daily completion
