add in method of getting npc's name from gossip frame for Sons of Hodir dailies.
this is a bad hack..
SOCD is designed to skip the gossip text on picking a quest up or turning it in, it dosn't think for you so do the quest first befor trying to turn it in :P

add back and update the "name scanner localization helper" with the wotlk stuff.. read top of file to know what this does.. it dosn't load with the addon unless you modify the toc.
