What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Creating a custom text line under the General>Text Management Tab for the Empty bar
2. Add preferred tags under the Unit>Text/Tag tab.
3. Change positions/sizes of text.
4. Log out or /reload console

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should just display the text as I initially set it, but the areas where they should be are blank.  They only re-show when I switch SUF profiles, then switch back.

What version of the product are you using?
I updated to the latest - v4.0.9

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No.

Please provide any additional information below.

I've only been modifying the TARGET and TARGETOFTARGET units.  Also, any custom created text lines that are deleted still show up in the Text/Tag field.  I can reproduce this 100% of the time as well by making a new text line, then deleting it.

-Update-

I also found that the same custom text lines do not show up for "Pet" and "Pet Target" until I change the size of the Empty bar from 0 to 1 or higher.

-Update 2-
It actually just seems to be frames that aren't always shown.  Like when you get a new frame by setting a focus, a tank joins raid, or you target something.

If the empty bar is not shown, then the text for it will also not be rendered. Attach it to frame that is actually visible to get visible text.
