What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
The ability to blacklist a buff/debuff simply by using a mouse click in combination with a key modifier e.g. CTRL-SHIFT-Right Click.

Please provide any additional information below.
This would make the creation of a blacklist less labour intensive. It is not an original idea as the ELVUI mod has this feature so it is possible to do.

Not something I plan on adding as it adds an obscure bit of configuration to the UI that's not discoverable by most people.
