I use Shadowed Unit Frames for a couple of time now, and love it very much, especially together with some other tiny addons to add more action bars and hide the gryphons for example. My intention is not to replace the whole Blizzard UI, but to enhance it. That's why I don't use one of those total-conversion-addons and instead try to use as few addons as possible.

Building the - for me - perfect UI for a class leads me to the same problem from time to time: I do not need Blizzard's stance bar (the one that contains the buttons for switching warrior's stances, druid's animal forms, rogue's cloaking...). It simply is in my way and I would love to get rid of this...!!!

Well, there seem to be some addons that could do this. But they all can be filled into one of the following categories:

a) The addon is not kept actual and you can see in the comments, that it does not work for every class properly.
b) The addon does far more than just hiding the stance bar and duplicates several functions Shadowed Unit Frames already can do.

So my conclusion is:

Shadowed Unit Frames already is able to hide several Blizzard frames and just needs an extra option to hide the stance bar frame, too! ;-)

Stance bar doesn't really fall under UF and isn't something I'm going to add to SUF. There definitely should be addons that will let you hide only the stance bar.
