Currently it is only possible to have a Blacklist or a Whitelist. I suggest to add something like in the Addon "Aura Frames"
where you can define:

If Buff/Debuff is cast by me AND it is <part of list #1>

OR

If Buff/Debuff is cast by someone else and is NOT <part of list #2>

-> display the buff/debuff

else

->  do not display the buff/debuff

I would really like to see a filtering option as well to display certain (de)buffs that are ours only that doesn't mean you have to disable all (de)buffs not cast by you. For example, as a Death Knight I like to see my diseases on my target, but I hate seeing the diseases of all death knights; however, I can't simply select "show my auras only" because I am also interested in making sure that there is a sunder armor type debuff on my target amongst other important things.

Not going to happen, filtering is meant to be a very simple setup and not something I'll be expanding.
