This has not worked for more than 30 minutes since prepatch started and is still not fixed. I have had to reset, spend 20 minutes redoing all my changes, and then everything reverts back to simple Blizzard frames not long later. I have tried logging out immediately after making all changes to see if it will save all the changes: sometimes it keeps them when i log back in, sometimes it doesn't. I also does not save any changes on created profiles other than default. If you reload the UI after setting up all your frames, it often will just erase all your work and has to be reset and done all over again. Not sure how a major expansion can come out like this and one of its most popular addons is left completely broken and untouched.
