    Does SUF use partial updates as implemented on Cell here?: https://github.com/enderneko/Cell/pull/413

     

    "What is implemented here (and now by ElvUI) should have been the go-to solution since 10.0, start of DF.
    The "full update" variant, which is easy and fast to implement, was used in the past, before blizzard offered partial update information."
