Support for mop power bars appears to be missing. ie Warlock Demonic Fury and Burning Embers. Balance druids have been missing the eclipse bar for all of cata

This should mostly be working, only one that has some issues atm is Eclipse, but it should move the marker to Moon side & Sun side when fully powered
