Enabling Dismissable Totem Bars also enables the combo points bar #1884

    Dismissable Totem Bars off looks like this with a totem out: https://imgur.com/NJDY2Sf

     

    If I enabled DTB, I see totem bars at all times and get an extra blank bar not attached to the totem bar (frame bottom in this screenshot): https://imgur.com/uvF9CZq

     

    This appears to be the combo point bar as if I go to Widget Size -> Combo points -> Uncheck "Show as bar", it goes away: https://imgur.com/j8baet7
