I just downloaded and installed Shadowed Unit Frames for Wotlk Classic.  For the target unit frame, the Portrait enable does not work.  Enabling the portrait, be it class, 2d, or 3d, does not put any portrait picture next to the target bar regardless of where you put it.  the Target Bar does change a little on the edge -- the text/numbers "bleed" out when you activate portrait, but no other change.  Portraits for all other unit frames, party, self, target of target, etc. all work.  

Tried googling this and not seeing any results so posting here.  Great addon!
