health bar target #1732

    When attacking an enemy the actual health bar from the target is taking longer to show the actual health... if you crit for example 30-60% of the mob the health pool doesn't drop down like it should, takes 2-3sec to adjust correctly. If i use blizz display or even another addon like plater then it shows correctly
