Feature Request: Strata setting #1690

    Requesting a setting to adjust the frame strata. Either globally or per frame.

    Context: I'd like to have my frames in some sections of the screen with elements that current have a higher strata than the bar itself, so the frame is hidden underneath.

    I believe I can write a PR to add the setting to the config, general SUF tab, and read the setting in units.lua if you'd rather I give it a shot.
