Healing absorbs (such as Necrotic Strike, not Power Word: Shield) in SUF currently display as concatenated onto the end of the current health pool.   This does not accurately reflect to the user the current net HP of the unit.    The default wow UI shows healing absorbs instead as a red overlay on the health pool that goes in the opposite direction to reflect the net loss in health (as they are the inverse of absorbs such as Power Word: Shield).    

My suggestion is to add an option in SUF to show it as either the current implementation or to allow users to select this blizzlike view of healing absorbs.
