Click-through Debuffs #1565

    Hello,

    As a User that sometimes participates in the Raid-related activities as a healer, I am using the Debuff functionality to display the Debuffs on my raid-mates. Additionally, I'm clicking on the raid frames to target my raid-mates to start healing them. Unfortunately, if I'm clicking on the Debuff indicator, the click will not go through and the raid-mate will not be targeted.

    It would be extremely beneficial for me to have an option to make the Debuffs clickthrough.
