static background color settings shouldn't effect out of range #1487

    Settings:

    - General, General, Bars, Override Color enabled + Range Indicator settings for group/raid at whatever %

     

    Problem:

    - as soon as someone is out of range the entire bar only shows the static background bar color chosen previously instead of the static bar color

     

     

    TL;DR:

    - if people are out of range, I don't want to see the static background color, but see the NORMAL bar color
