Option to disable right clicking unit frames during combat #1472

    As a healer it would be nice to have the option to disable right clicking frames in combat. I use mouse over macros and keybinds for target markers so I don't need the menu and an accidental click will open huge menu that gets in the way.

    has anyone found a solution for this? Just got all done finished setting this up so I could use the blizzard click to cast feature but seems like if I want to use SUF right click wont work... which just isnt viable
