Unable to right-click off buffs during combat #1416

    I'm unable to right-click off buffs during combat.

     

    It is occasionally important to be able to cancel buffs while in combat (e.g., if you're a tank and you didn't notice that you have Blessing of Salvation on).

     

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Buff yourself

    2. Observe that you can right-click the buff out of combat (as expected)

    3. Re-buff yourself

    4. Enter combat

    5. Observe that you can no longer right-click the buff to remove it

     

    Shadowed Unit Frames version: v4.2.3-Classic-1-ga64713d

    WoW Classic version: 1.13.3
