target health bar #1376

    Not sure why but the target healthbar isnt showing red like other UIs are. Its stays green acting like the hostile is friendly. I have uninstalled and tried reseting default but nothing. The only time they show red is after i have killed them. I feel like I'm missing something in the settings possibly but not sure where.

    Unit Configuration > Target > Bars > Health Bar, Color Health bar by Health Percent, Color by reaction on Both works for me.  Bad guys get a red health bar, good guys get a green.
