Request to add Anchor To point #1159

    I'm looking at trying to anchor my player frame to the new Personal Resource Display or the "NamePlatePlayerResourceFrame".  there are a lot of cool possibilities with this new frame.  Any chance we can get this added to the 'anchor to' drop down list for frames or have a custom box we can manually type in an anchor to point?
