Various specs have secondary resources that have the option to be displayed as bars. However, unlike other bars their fill direction cannot be changed. For example, warlocks have a soul shards that in bar form only fill from right-to-left. There's no option to reverse this to left-to-right.

Here's a list of resources that allow bar form, but only have 1 fill direction.

Retribution Paladin Holy Power: right-to-left

Warlock Soul Shards: right-to-left

Arcane Mage Arcane Charges: right-to-left

Feral Druid Combo Points: left-to-right. Additionally, combo points do not display when in cat form for other specs.

Windwalker Monk Chi: left-to-right

Rogue Combo Points: left-to-right
