As said in the title... Even with Cache etc deleted and freshly installed... Still got those Lags

Any suggestions?

Seeing the same thing here with the latest (4.1.22b), but hadn't noticed anything before that update.  It's the client-freezing-up-then-catching-up behavior that often means the Lua GC cycle is having to go nuts, but of course that's only one possibility.

Disabling SUF and the problem goes away entirely.  Disabling the rest of the addons, re-enabling SUF, and the spikes/freezes are back.

I am also seeing similar issues initially when joining a raid, sometimes a group at the beginning.

A couple of times, which I think was related, my system was hammered by something where everything literally was unresponsive.  Causing Discord and Task Manager to slow to a literal crawl that I was forced to power off my computer in order to get free.

My last reboot was about 9 days ago, so that would have been the 22nd of January.

I switched off of SUF to ZPerl as of Yesterday and haven't seen the lag spikes.  So something about the Group/Raid handling may be having issues.

For what it's worth, going back to 4.1.21 avoids these stutters.

 I've not seen this once in the last half year playing with this version. And the changes from 21 to 22 are extremely minor.
