Shadowed:
    - Enabling enlarging stealable buffs will enable the scale slider
    - Small text casing changes
    - Add auto recoevering of invalid heights in layouts
    - Rewrote localcheck into Ruby to actually auto submit i18n again
    - Fixed leaked globals
    - Rewrote global checker to look at GETGLOBAL and SETGLOBAL
    - Use UPDATE_WORLD_STATES for phase changes because I hate Blizzard
    - Fixed some obscure leaked globals
    - Add another event to try and force phase indicators to update
    - Update all phase indicators when the players phase changes
    - Fixed aura canceling
    - Try and fix phase indicator not updating correctly
    - Disable temporary enchant scans while in a vehicle
    - Allow canceling of personal vehicle auras
    - Removed unused variable
    - Casing fixes
    - Name update
    - Revert de-inlining of General tab, don't like the change
