Shadowed:
    - Force create incAbsorb upgrade if it wasn't done
    - Show the LFG leader icon instead of party leader in LFG
    - Added ability to show totem icons instead of status bar (dedicated to Raine from MW who asked me this at Blizzcon and then said to include this note)
    - Switch to using Taunt for Warrior hostile range check
    - Fixed handling of hiding raid frames based on group status not always working or being unreliable
    - Added Ancient Kings bar for Paladins
    - Added guard condition in case combo points aren't fully initialized
    - Added raid assist icons
    - Don't show server if the realm relationship is virtual (matches default implementation)
    - Added absorb tags
    - On curable debuff is now shown on the boss frames
