Shadowed:
    - Added wrappings for threat functions during config mode to prevent errors when using threat/aggro features
    - Fixed scale only being applied when UI scale is enabled, should fix frame jumping when your frames are scaled in SUF, but UI scale is disabled
    - Fixed manual x/y coord entering using UIParent:GetScale(), should be checking the uiScale CVar
