Shadowed:
    - Changed position saving code for headers, should work a bit better and less issues of it breaking and sticking frames to the top/bottom of the screen
    - Trying a fix for frames jumping around when moving
    - Slightly less nonsensical toc note
    - Incoming heal bar will update with the players health if quick health updates are enabled
    - Fixed frames jumping when dragging if UI Scale is disabled
