    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    I'm not actually sure how it happened in the first place.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    The expected view is a bar mirrored from the right side.  The left bar is the error.  One pic shows the flop, the other shows the giant icons.

    What version of the product are you using?
    Up to date.

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No error occurred.
