    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. cast Raise Dead
    2. double check that it has not been black listed
    3. no icon appears when ghoul dies (only when ghoul is gone does the cooldown begin)

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expect to see the icon

    What version of the product are you using?
    SexyCooldown-v0.6.8
