Changes that will be of interest to users:
- Arcane Charge: removed, as it's now a resource not a buff/debuff/DoT, and has no (accessible) timer associated with it - better tracked with your unit frames or other addons
- Combustion: now a tracked self-buff, your settings for it will be reset to defaults
- Added Rune of Power tracker (this is a summon bar like Mirror Image, and does not track whether you might be out-ranging the buff, something that is better accomplished with other addons)
- Ignite: now auto-spreads (spread DoTs are properly tracked), duration now 9 secs, tick value ("$t") substitution no longer supported (game no longer provides the info) - you will need to update your Ignite "Bar Text" if you were using that feature

Other change notes:
- Pyroblast DoT: removed
- Living Bomb: changed spellID, duration now 4 secs, auto-spreads once (spread DoTs are properly tracked), expiration warnings/msgs now default to off for new users (since spell itself now has a CD)
- Brain Freeze: changed spellID
- Arcane Power: duration now 10 secs
- Icy Veins: duration now 20 secs
- Nether Tempest and Frost Bomb debuffs: now unique (only one out at a time)
- Pyroblast!: renamed to Hot Streak!
- No more manual spreading from Inferno Blast aka Fire Blast, no longer used code removed
- Removed "maxstacks" data for tracked buffs/debuffs, not used anywhere in the code
- Adjusted test bars to reflect spell changes
- Other misc cleanup
- Update ToC to 70000
