    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. just login in and the move over an itme will NOT display the reforged info

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    the refoged info, but you get nothing

    What version of the product are you using?
    latest

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no errors just no tool tip
