    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    Dispel a debuff (particularly noticeable when mass dispelling many debuffs/buffs)

    What do you see instead?
    Game freezes for a moment (the more things being dispelled, the longer the freeze)

    What version of the product are you using?
    v6.0.3c release

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Please provide any additional information below.
    If I turn off global data collection, mass dispelling works fine with no freeze.
    Depending on the number of dispelled buffs/debuffs, the time of this freeze can vary from anywhere between 0.05s to 1.0s. The upper end can be pretty brutal when doing pvp and such
