What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Does not load when logging in with character, even with out-of-date add-ons selected (problem existed before 5.2)
2. Typing "/recount show" or "/recount help" returns "Type /help for a list of some commands."
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to access my recount window.  Instead I see nothing, and the game reacts as if I have nothing installed or have executed an improper command.

What version of the product are you using?
v5.1.0d release, downloaded this evening.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
I'm not sure whether this pertains to Recount, but this is what I get upon entering the game:

Please provide any additional information below.
I attempted to delete and re-install using the Curse Client.  The add-on worked until a week or two ago.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I've cleared the cache in my WTF folder and everything. It just doesn't appear in the INTERFACE menu at all. Like it's just not there. All updated and everything since the new patch came out. Just doesn't work. I've re installed the curse client, re installed WoW, just nothing... and on the client it says it's there. Please help!
