RecountDeathTrack:
- Removed deathtrack information from Recount's PCSV. deathtrack stores references to Recount's data which leads to large duplications when handled in this way. The current solution completely disables storing the deathtrack (not the death data) storage in SV and hence the deathtrack will be empty after rluis and DCs. This should fix RecountDeathTrack related large SV files and hopefully reduce or remove the occurances of SV loading problems.
