No longer Tracks #322

    • Addon version (Example: r664-alpha)
    • Did you RESTART the game after updating the addon? (Make sure to exit and close fully the client, and not just reload your UI, to detect newly-added files)
    • Steps to reproduce the error or unwanted behaviour (If the addon won't load, make sure to enable script errors!)
    • Any other information you consider relevant or helpful in solving the problem (Screenshots, expected behaviour, things you already tried to fix the issue...)

     Thank you for understanding! It's not always easy to troubleshoot problems. Please don't make it more difficult by disregarding these suggestions.

    It no longer track on new alts... no mattter what i do... i even checked settings and screenshot it , and didnt differ from my main... and even now when i try for the Brewfest Ram mount... and i even started the Brewfest mount run on a Trial and after a while notice something was wrong and when i was looking in the bags notice the Rarity Icon, and thought if it was bugged or not, then when i bought time and logged into my main i notice the Attempt Data... i even deleted all profiles, reset to default , deleted the addon, installed it again... when i log it it only Tracks on 2 on my characters, "Pet : Attempt/s" or "Mount : Attempt/s"...

    Found another problem why it doesnt track... Tooltip doesnt appear other than on 2 characters...

    There's a few things you could check on the characters where items aren't tracked properly:

     

    * Have they selected the correct profile? It would likely be the same your other characters are using.

    * Is the addon loaded correctly? If you can access the addon settings (type /rarity), this is probably not the issue, but check the FAQ for instructions on how to enable script errors and make sure there aren't if nothing works.

    * Is the specific item set to "Tracked"? If it's disabled, Rarity won't count attempts, nor display any tooltip additions

    * Is tracking in general broken for those characters or just for the specific items you've mentioned?
