    Releasing as 3.0.2. Thanks to DVK for the Russian translations.
    Use itemIds to filter badges so filtering no longer depends on localized item
    names.
    
    * FuBar_RaidLog.lua
      (items_to_ignore): New table to hold all the item ids to ignore.
      (IgnoreItem): New function returns true if an item should be ignored.
      (SpecialEvents_ItemLooted): Parse the item link to retrieve the looted
      item's id, and do not record the drop if IgnoreItem returns false.
