Mind Flay cast bar not scaling from haste #382

    As shadow priest i'm always using quartz addon in WOTLK and yesterday its stop working correctly.

    Mind Flay cast have defualt cast time and scaling depends on your haste rating. 

    Anyway the Quartz addon is alwys display 3 seconds cast even when we use Blood Lust or Heroism.

     

    Expected result: Mind Flay cast bar scaling from haste and display correct cast time.

    Actual Result: Mind Flay cast bar display always 3 seconds cast.
