Quartz is not working at all #288

    I setup my UI how I wanted with Player cast bar, target cast bar, and focus cast bars. Now, Focus is not even a bar that is available, and my other bars do not show up at all when casting. This is happening on all of my characters. The timer bars work, for logout time remaining and things like that. But no cast bars.
