Patch 8.0.1: UNIT_POWER -> UNIT_POWER_UPDATE #264

    In patch 8.0.1, UNIT_POWER was updated to be:  UNIT_POWER_UPDATE.

     

    Line 163 in Quartz_Power.lua references UNIT_POWER instead of UNIT_POWER_UPDATE and throws an error as a result.
