coolDown: So you want meaningful commit messagen? Here you go:
 The whole configuration and UI has been overhauled, it's
 probably beta material, but reasonably well working:
  - Users can have an arbitrary number of docks, each dock can
    display whatever cooldowns list the user wants.
  - Configuration is done using lua functions. Not very user
    friendly, but then again, none of my addons are. Currently
    it's hardcodod, so RTFS. The old configuration is igored.
  - There remains lots of code from earlier the version, need
    to clean it up.
